The personal data that we collect from you will include, but is not limited to: your name, your address, your date of birth, your contact information (telephone numbers and email addresses), National Insurance number, identity information and documentation used to advise and represent you throughout your case.

As per our client care policy, we store your personal case data for 6 years. After 6 years your case data will be destroyed. Please contact us before this time frame if you require your data. We may charge an administration fee to retrieve your data.
