Youth Court

Our lawyers appear in the Youth Courts regularly. The Youth Court operates differently to the adult courts. Familiarity with the advocate’s gateway is essential when dealing with young people, at a time when court proceedings can prove stressful and bewildering. We are acutely aware that convictions for young people are far reaching. One small mistake as a youth can have a huge effect on the path that their lives take. Contact our youth court team to discuss how you or your young person is best represented. We are desperate to avoid criminalising young people and the sooner you instruct our lawyers, the better chance we have of avoidance.
